If you currently have applied for or are receiving cash or SNAP benefits from DTA, then Download the app “DTA Connect” from the App Store (Apple) or from GooglePlay (Android). Even if you do not have a My Account Plan (MAP) set up, with the DTA Connect App you can log on with Social Security Number and Date of Birth only.
Once logged on, you can use the DTA Connect app to submit documents, update your contact information, check EBT balance, check to see if documents have been received, check for Alerts, and request an Income Verification letter, all without waiting in line at the DTA office.
