David was born and raised in the South Shore area of Boston. David’s Mother, a retired Dialysis Nurse, was raised in the Mattapan Area of Boston. His Father, a retired Real Estate Professional, was raised in Malden, Massachusetts. David graduated from Newman Preparatory School in Boston. He then attended Towson University in Towson, Maryland where he graduated with a degree in Philosophy. David went on to earn his law degree from Western New England University School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts. While in law school David was admitted to practice law as a student-attorney where he earned two awards for consumer protection. David also interned with the Appellate Division of the Hampden County District Attorney’s Office where he successfully argued a complex double jeopardy claim at the Massachusetts Appeals Court. As a practicing attorney David has made hundreds of court appearances in District and Superior Court throughout Massachusetts. He has also conducted hundreds of residential real estate title closings. David has been a frequent volunteer attorney handling a variety of consumer protection cases both independently and through the Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Boston Bar Association.
