The MassHealth Enrollment Center (MEC) located in Revere has moved to Chelsea. The new office address is:

The only exception is for Long Term Care applicants residing in a nursing or rehab facility serviced by the Chelsea MEC. Those applicants are asked to please use the new address above and this new fax number: 617-889-3285.
